We are interested in three core markets (as we see them) and placement of staff therein.
Analysis: We have experience of placing analysts (of companies, sectors of companies, deals, financial, M&A etc). Typical skill-sets cover (but are not limited to): Power, gas and commodity analysts; small, mid and large cap equity analysts, M&A, Financial & Risk analysts.
Technology: Placement of software and infrastructure engineers, analysts and support professionals. Typical skill-sets cover (but are not limited to) C#, C++, Java and other programmers from junior through to management and architect level; IT Infrastructure covering databases, servers, networks, desktops through junior to management level. We also have an excellent track record in the placement of CTO-level staff within the fund management, specifically hedge fund, space.
Quantitative: Typical skill-sets cover Quant researchers, analysts and strategists focussed on research of financial markets and products. Junior (PhD-level), entry-level quants, strategists and researchers through to senior quantitative professionals within the financial markets.
